You're capable of more.
The static is in the way.
You know what to do — you just don't do it.
Every morning you commit to one to three things you'll do before the day ends. Those are your Musts.
“I'll do it later” — and later never comes.
An evening check-in that ends the day with the truth, not the story.
You keep repeating the same week without knowing why.
Weekly and monthly Mirrors name the patterns you can't see from inside your week.
You're waiting to feel ready.
One small step, today, toward your 30 Days to Results.
Accountability. Ownership. One day at a time. That's how it starts.
Why this works
The Design Your Day™ Feedback Loop

Your Day in the App
Awareness & Decisions each morning and evening. Results reflected in your Mirrors and Progress Tracker.
Every day the loop gives you feedback. Your experiences, choices, and routines are constantly providing information.
Reflection creates awareness, awareness leads to better decisions, and better decisions create better results. You pause and see what's really happening, then choose what matters most — small, consistent choices that add up to meaningful progress.
Your 30 Days to Results. Set a monthly goal in your own words, and give each day's choices a focus — your Weekly and Monthly Mirrors reflect the progress you've described, the patterns behind it, and what you may want to adjust.
Weekly Mirror
Your Weekly Mirror
You can’t change what you can’t see.
A shortened example with sample numbers
Every week tells a story.
“The more you check in, the clearer this Mirror becomes.”
The payoff for less than ten minutes a day is more awareness — and all change starts with honest self-reflection.
Because the goal isn’t a perfect week. It’s becoming the kind of person who keeps learning, making better decisions, and showing up — one week at a time.

What you may not have noticed
Your Musts got done on days you gave them a set time.
Your one experiment this week
Give your hardest Must a specific time on tomorrow’s calendar.
Your Weekly Reflection
You checked in six of seven days — including Wednesday, the morning after Tuesday fell apart. You missed a day, then came back. That return matters. The thread through your week: Musts done when they had a time, and a return after a hard day. Both are decisions you can make again tomorrow.
“Rest when you must, then pick one small thing to finish.”
— Coach Christine
Monthly Mirror
Your Monthly Mirror
You can’t change what you can’t see.
“A plan can change without the day being lost, when you know what you chose and why.”
An example line from a Monthly Mirror. Your Weekly Mirror connects your daily choices. Your Monthly Mirror explores how those patterns develop over time.
The deeper pattern
The Pattern I See
You keep your promises when you know exactly what the promise is. When it’s vague, it slides — and then you blame yourself anyway.
The big launch plan kept sliding to tomorrow, but the clear, specific tasks got done. When you knew what “done” looked like, you did it.
On the days you chose family, you still carried guilt about the workout and the work. If a friend told you this story, you’d tell her she made the right call. Give yourself that same grace — sometimes the people who need you matter more than one day’s Must.
You missed days, and every single time, you came back. That’s what kept this month from falling apart.
“What would change if you measured your day by what you chose, not by what you left undone?”
Your real Weekly Mirror has 7 sections, written from your own check-ins. Your Monthly Mirror goes deeper still — the patterns behind your whole month, explored in more depth. Both are included in your membership.
What will your Mirror tell you?

Decisions into Action
Daily Actions
